The Education Risk Management Assessment (ERMA) is New York City’s framework for evaluating whether digital tools and AI technologies are safe for use in schools.

Merlyn is classified in the ERMA Green Zone, meaning it meets NYC’s highest standards for safety, privacy, and classroom readiness.
